Morten Bjørnsen is an independent management consultant and board professional. He currently serves on a number of boards across various industries.
Bjørnsen was in banking for almost 25 years, in Norway and internationally with financial institutions like DNB, Danske Bank, Glitnir and Wunderlich Securities. He has also worked for Equinor and been executive chairman of Proserv, an oilfield service company.
He graduated with a MSc in Business and Economics from Norwegian School of Management BI, in 1984.
Albert holds a Bachelor’s in commerce from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
He began his career in property investment in Canada. Then in 1981, he joined Société Financière Mirelis SA in Geneva and served as Deputy CEO until he co-founded wealth-management company Mirelis InvesTrust SA (now Mirelis Holding SA) with other members of the Lawi family in 1997.
Mirelis acquired Hyposwiss in 2014, and Albert Lawi became Deputy CEO and Head of Private Banking in 2017.
Jan has over 30 years experience in the hedge fund, asset management and financial services industry. He is currently a Senior Advisor of Reyl & Cie SA and President of TGIT Music SA.
He began his career with the audit firm Coopers & Lybrand in Geneva in 1987 where he worked for four years in the international audit group. He was President of the Executive Committee of EIM Group from 2010 to 2011.
He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from the University of Geneva and is fluent in English, French, Dutch and Norwegian.
Even is Siddis (born and raised in Stavanger) with a background as a broker, advisor manager in the UK, USA and Norway. He has worked in DNB Markets and Sparebank 1 SR- bank in addition to being one of the founders of SAM.
Is the general manager of Noon Invest AS, and responsible for operations and business development.
